Healing for Insomnia and Pain

This particular patient had been suffering from insomnia and pain in her right leg for over a year. She had difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep, waking up frequently throughout the night, feeling tired and groggy upon waking, difficulty concentrating and focusing during the day, increased stress and anxiety.

The treatment plan to address the patient’s insomnia and related symptoms, included healing sessions to address underlying energetic blockages, meditation and deep breathing techniques to promote relaxation and calmness, ongoing support and guidance to monitor progress and address any challenges that arise.

The goal was to improve sleep quality and duration, reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy and focus during the day, develop healthy sleep habits and routines.
