Healing for Tennis Elbow

I’ve worked with clients struggling with musculoskeletal issues, including tennis elbow. One particular case involved a patient experiencing pain, tenderness and stiffness in their left elbow, forearm and wrist. The Symptoms included difficulty gripping and twisting objects; pain when lifting, bending or straightening the arm; weakness and stiffness in the forearm and wrist.

The Goal was to reduce pain and inflammation, improve grip strength and forearm function, return to normal routine activities.

The treatment plan included healing sessions to address underlying energetic blockages, such as stress, anxiety, strain and emotional blockages.Physical exercises to strengthen the forearm and wrist were advised, as recommended by the physiotherapist. Certain lifestyle modifications were advised to reduce strain on the elbow joint.

The patient experienced significant relief from pain and inflammation, improved grip strength and forearm function. By addressing the underlying energetic blockages and incorporating physical exercises and lifestyle modifications, the patient was able to return to their normal routine activities.
