We work with numerous clients struggling with complex emotional issues, but one particular case that stands out involved a patient experiencing psychological depression and insomnia due to relationship instability. The patient felt unloved, unwanted and insecure, with low self-esteem and a deep-seated fear of loneliness.
The patient felt unloved and unwanted in her marital home. This caused instability in her relationship, leading to anger and frustration. She further suffered from insecurity and low self-esteem. The fear of loneliness, resulted in insomnia and further frustration.
Psychotherapy was applied to address the patient’s depression and emotional blockages. The treatment focused on releasing emotional pain, promoting inner peace and developing inner strength and resilience.
The results were remarkable. The patient experienced deep release of tension and stress, as evidenced by the patient falling into a deep sleep during the treatment. The patient’s ability to sleep blissfully for several hours without interruption confirmed restoration of inner peace and calmness. The patient was able to open up about a past loss and process it in a new way which pointed towards emotional processing and release.She felt empowered to move forward with her life with a new perspective and direction.
