Psychotherapy for PCOS and Hormonal Imbalance

A patient was struggling with hormonal imbalances and related symptoms, diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), resulting in irregular menstruation, pelvic pain and high levels of stress.

Psychotherapy was applied to address stress and emotional imbalance, followed by a PCOS protocol. The treatment focused on promoting relaxation, reducing stress and regulating hormonal balance.

The results were remarkable with reduced pelvic pain, restoration of menstrual cycle within two sessions of healing, regularized monthly menstrual cycles (confirmed during routine reviews), managed stress levels.

This case highlights the effectiveness of Psychotherapy in addressing hormonal imbalances, stress, and related symptoms. By reducing stress and promoting relaxation, we can regulate menstrual cycles, reduce pelvic pain and improve overall reproductive health.
